Jolandra Cole McNeil
The managing broker and curator of The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage is a multi-hyphenated businesswoman originally from Mobile, Alabama. Jolandra has been working creatively in the real estate space since early 2018; however, she has been immersed in real estate as far back as she can remember. Jolandra’s father introduced her to the world of real estate through his personal commercial and residential investments. He had her on work sites during renovations and construction, and also during some negotiations. Though never a licensed agent, Jolandra’s father showed her firsthand how to negotiate, as well as the priceless vision of possibilities this vast industry can afford you.

Jolandra specializes in commercial real estate as a generalist, understanding a range of property types due to the size of the Metropolitan New Orleans market. She is a breadth of knowledge, often joking that she is pursuing her doctorate in real estate. Understanding real estate to be a relationship business, Jolandra remains at the top of her game, simply by being herself. She is a born networker/connector and is naturally collaborative.

Often overlooked, Jolandra realized that she must take matters into her own hands to create the space she could not find. Her personal journey seeking freedom in all forms inevitably led to the creation of this accessibility to equity. Thus, The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage was born.
Through Jolandra’s experiences in real estate and beyond, her vision widened, and her mission became clearer. Jolandra intends to break down barriers, while helping to create wealth amongst the most marginalized people. This commitment includes the agency side, where Jolandra hopes to assist in increasing the presence of minorities in the commercial real estate space.

When not serving real estate clients, Jolandra is ensuring quality time is spent with her husband and children in Uptown New Orleans. They enjoy traveling, viewing architecture in other places, crafting, creating, and exploring. And, of course, you can’t call yourself a New Orleans family if you are not designating time for the Saints. Who Dat!
