It is important that our qualities individually and collectively are those of commitment, communicativeness, ethically sound, inclusive, affirmative and that we are well versed in the business of brokerage. With that, we are currently interviewing experienced licensed agents in Louisiana who would like to join The Coleture.
The numbers are less important to us
We cannot iterate enough just how important quality is over quantity. Our theory is that the quantity will come if the quality is there. While we do believe that what does not get measured does not happen, we do not have a minimum volume required to be considered for contracted employment with The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage.
