The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage LLC is a black woman-owned boutique commercial real estate firm based in New Orleans, and dually licensed in Louisiana and Georgia, serving Metro Atlanta. After being ignored by several established commercial firms—despite her qualifications as a licensed broker, Jolandra Cole McNeil made the decision to allow no one else’s fears be her limitations. Now amongst the less than 1% of black-owned commercial real estate brokerages, she founded The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage in late 2022.
