The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage LLC is a black woman-owned boutique commercial real estate firm based in New Orleans, Louisiana and dually licensed in Georgia, serving Metro Atlanta.  Committed to empowering marginalized entrepreneurs, our mission is two-fold: First, we provide expert advisory and brokerage services tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Second, we actively champion diversity by ensuring equitable access to commercial properties.  

 

At TCREB, we aim to be the most trusted and respected commercial and luxury real estate company in our region, known for our deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and exceptional results. With working expertise in user and investment analyses, we strive to create value for our clients, partners, and communities by fostering economic growth and development, benefiting all stakeholders.

 

Founded by Jolandra Cole McNeil in late 2022, inclusion and a human-first approach is the quintessence of The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage.  Breaking barriers and creating equitable opportunities are essential for thriving communities. Our vision is to become the preeminent commercial real estate firm in the Gulf Coast region by providing exceptional brokerage and advisory services that promote economic development, wealth creation, particularly for the marginalized and underrepresented, and community revitalization.
