The founder and broker of record for The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage, Jolandra focuses on commercial real estate sales and leasing and creative economic strategies and solutions advisory. She is currently licensed to practice real estate in Louisiana, Georgia, and Alabama and boasts a global network of partners. Armed with deep knowledge, business savvy, real estate expertise, and strategic partnerships, Jolandra is a top choice commercial broker pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Jolandra has grown up in the real estate industry, watching her father invest, design, build, and renovate commercial and residential properties, and so she is able to offer varying perspectives to her clients as a seller, buyer-user, buyer-investor, and tenant. Curating transformative exchanges are key to Jolandra’s success and she looks forward to continuing to be positively impactful in the lives and businesses of her clients.
Jillian Y. McNeil
Say “hello” to Jillian. Jillian is our some-time senior assistant and primary French translator. Fluent in French, she will soon be available to assist with some Spanish language translation, as well. Jillian does research for the company, is learning to analyze, and handles some document maintenance. You may also find her on our social media channels as she is now working on our digital media marketing and presence. An almost native, she has spent the majority of her 14 years Uptown and describes New Orleans as her favorite city.
Timothy C. McNeil II
Timothy, an Uptown New Orleans native, is our some-time junior assistant. Although a bit bashful, he sometimes greets clients, provides well-thought-out opinions on properties, even if unsolicited, and helps to sell real estate by simply being himself.
