Her background in sports medicine, nutritional health coaching, and nonprofit environmental sustainability led her to community development work focused on reducing health disparities through food access, education, and land stewardship. Deliberate, analytical, and service-oriented, she is passionate about helping investors secure properties that strengthen both their portfolios and their communities.
Erica’s hands-on relationship with land deeply informs how she evaluates property, zoning, and development potential for her clients. An avid garden educator, Erica loves planting seasonal vegetables and herbs and is currently cultivating loofah to teach the community processing sustainable beauty supplies. As a trusted partner, known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to sustain powerful networks, Erica guides clients with clarity and a nurturing approach that prioritizes value.
Born in California and rooted in her New Orleans lineage, Erica is passionate about helping communities thrive by preserving their identity while improving economic mobility and health outcomes.
