Jolandra Cole McNeil, broker and owner of The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage, has been selected as a participant in the prestigious Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women in Business: Black in Business Cohort 7. This milestone marks a significant achievement for both Cole McNeil and The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage, a Black woman-owned commercial real estate firm dedicated to empowering communities through strategic real estate investments and wealth-building opportunities.

Black women are the fastest growing demographic of business owners in the United States

Black women are starting businesses at a higher rate than any other group in the United States, but their lack of funding and funding access to grow their companies at full potential is palpable.  Recognizing these facts, Goldman Sachs curated One Million Black Women in Business— a $2.1 billion initiative, part of a total $10 billion investment capital commitment, to provide capital, expertise, and resources to Black women entrepreneurs across the United States. The program is designed to accelerate the growth of Black women-owned businesses, equipping them with the tools needed to successfully grow and scale their companies and to further job creation. As a Cohort 7 member, Jolandra Cole McNeil will gain access to world-class business education, networking opportunities, and strategic funding pathways—all of which will directly contribute to the expansion and sustainability of The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage. With a focus on commercial real estate investment and economic development, this opportunity aligns perfectly with Jolandra’s mission of increasing access to wealth-building avenues for underrepresented communities.

Empowering communities through Commercial Real Estate

The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage specializes in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and advisory services, helping institutions, investors and businesses navigate the complexities of the industry. Through innovative strategies and a deep commitment to economic empowerment, the firm continues to play a vital role in revitalizing communities and increasing property ownership opportunities. “Being selected for the One Million Black Women in Business Cohort 7 is a total game-changer,” said Jolandra. “This program will provide the insights, resources, and connections necessary to take The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage to new heights while continuing our work of creating wealth-building opportunities for marginalized entrepreneurs and investors and serving the larger community. It feels amazing to be recognized for my efforts and have the support of a global giant, such as Goldman Sachs.” Participation in this cohort will further position The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage as a leader in commercial real estate, unlocking new investment opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. With a strong focus on diversifying the commercial real estate sector, Jolandra Cole McNeil aims to leverage this experience to increase Black ownership in key markets, particularly in cities like New Orleans and beyond.
