The Coleture behind The Coleture.

Commercial Real Estate Broker, Advisor, and Creative Economic Developer

Jolandra Cole McNeil is the Principal Broker and Founder of The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage, a Black woman-owned commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm serving Louisiana, Georgia, and Alabama.

She advises businesses, investors, property owners, and institutional partners on acquisitions, leasing, site selection, market intelligence, and development strategy.

Strategic Approach

Institutional Discipline. Cultural Fluency.

Jolandra brings together disciplined analysis, cultural competency, local knowledge, and the imagination required to recognize what a property, business, or community can become.

01

Market Intelligence

Evaluating property, location, demand, and market conditions to help clients identify opportunity, understand risk, and make informed real estate decisions.

02

Cultural Competency

Recognizing that sound strategy requires an understanding of the people, histories, businesses, and communities connected to place.

03

Disciplined Execution

Moving assignments forward with clarity, accountability, discretion, and close attention to the client’s objectives and the value at stake.

Executive Profile

Long Before the Brokerage, There Was an Education in Possibility.

Before Jolandra held real estate licenses across three states, founded a Gulf South brokerage, or took her seat in commercial real estate leadership, she was learning to see property differently.

Her earliest education happened alongside her father, a commercial and residential investor and developer who brought her onto job sites and into negotiation rooms. Many Saturday mornings were spent walking the aisles of Home Depot with him, surrounded by building materials, project lists, and conversations about what needed to happen next.

What may have seemed like ordinary errands became an early education in how ideas move from vision to execution. Jolandra learned to see buildings not simply for what they were, but for what thoughtful ownership, investment, and imagination could allow them to become.

Those experiences introduced her to real estate as a vehicle for wealth creation and preservation. They also showed her how property can shape businesses, families, and communities.

Jolandra carried that perspective into the profession in 2018. As her work expanded across Greater New Orleans, South Alabama, and Metro Atlanta, so did her understanding of the distance between identifying a promising opportunity and making a sound real estate decision.

Access alone is not enough. Clients also need market intelligence, capable representation, informed strategy, and an advisor who understands both the numbers and the context surrounding them.

She founded The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage after recognizing that clients needed an advisor who could interpret the market, understand the financial considerations, account for local context, and curate a real estate strategy around what they were working to build.

“The Coleture was built to bring sharper strategy, broader perspective, and closer attention to commercial real estate decisions. Whether advising a growing business or an institutional partner, we approach every assignment with the rigor to protect value and the vision to recognize what a property can become.”

Representation with Purpose

A Broader Field of Vision.

The Coleture is a Black woman-owned brokerage built on the belief that disciplined strategy benefits from a broader field of vision.

That perspective helps the firm recognize value in people, properties, and markets that conventional approaches may overlook, while delivering the rigor, discretion, and execution sophisticated clients expect.

Jolandra is intentional about what it means to build and lead a Black woman-owned commercial real estate firm. For her, representation is not merely about being visible. It is about participating in the decisions that shape ownership, investment, development, and the future of communities.

Her work brings additional perspectives into consequential conversations while creating real estate strategies for entrepreneurs, property owners, investors, and institutions. She believes a wider range of informed voices produces sharper thinking, reveals overlooked opportunities, and strengthens the quality of real estate decision-making.

“Everyone’s goals are not the same, but everyone’s opportunities should be.”
